Job Description

As part of the in room dining and room service team you are the key element in the production of our product. Without you our entire offering doesnt come alive. You need to be knowledgeable about not only what we offer but also what we are about. You need to work with and support the rest of the front of house team and enjoy making friends with our guests.


Qualifications :

  • Creating an in room dining experience that guests will remember.

  • Delivery of food and drink according to our Sequence of Service.

  • Knowing the elements and ingredients of all food dishes.

  • Knowing the details of the beverage offering.

  • As much as you can go above and beyond for your guests.

  • Ensuring the service leader is aware of any issues you encounter during the shift.

  • Set up the room service tray and trolley consistently.

  • Ensure your station is stocked up fully ahead of service starting.

  • Follow Sequence of Service and Checklists.

  • Understand how to correct put an order through the till.

  • Displaying the values of both House Made Hospitality and Sofitel.
