Job Description
- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on quality cost delivery and performance metrics.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the purchasing team providing leadership guidance and development opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify costsaving opportunities.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement costreduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies procedures and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize cash flow and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
