Job Description
- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital social media email print).
- Protect and enhance the companys brand identity and reputation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and target audiences.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources appropriately.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales product development and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
