Reservations Agent
As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests responsible for managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

What you will be doing:
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone email and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process and confirm reservations ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel services facilities and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to checkout.
- Manage and resolve any reservationrelated issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and reporting as needed.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar reservations front office or customer service role ideally in a luxury hotel or highend service environment is preferred.
- Experience using hotel reservation systems property management systems (e.g. Opera SynXis TARS or other Property Management Systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused attitude.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Arabic languages is a plus.
