Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Agent at Royal Saray Resort in Manama. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receptionist duties, check-in procedures, front office operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist duties and front office operations
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills. Arabic speaker preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalenoperations.
• Knowledge of Opera is added advantage
