Job Description
The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.
Immediate start available Casual or Parttime employment is available.
You will:
- Action cleaning duties within the kitchen food preparation areas and scullery.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry fridges and freezers.
- Assist in the preparation of food as directed by our senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry fridge and freezers.
- Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
- Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy.
Qualifications :

- Able to work independently with demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Selfmotivated and energetic.
- Flexible to work a rotating roster of morning afternoon evening and weekend shifts.
