What youll do
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the preopening team at SLS Barcelona.
Under the guidance of the Pastry Sous Chef you will:
- Use your Pastry expertise and skill youll be crucial in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative innovative and inspirational items.
- Bring delicious creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests tables.
- Make sure our operation runs without hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are skyhigh.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for...
- One to two years experience as a Pastry Chef preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel/restaurant.
- Passion for Pastry is a given; youve worked hard to perfect your craft and you have a huge appetite to continue learning from the best in the business.
- Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You make people feel good your team guests and colleagues alike.
- Organization and all over detail.
