Job Description
Produces and serves the dishes similar to the technical specifications or according to the guidelines of his responsibility
Adapts his work pace according to the needs events and customers
Receives the goods and places them correctly in the storage room
Ensures effective quality
Respects the technical data sheets and the preparation process in order to avoid waste. Respect for material
Always cleans up his workplace after use puts storage areas in order and always covers food and respects the HACCp hygiene rules
Respects the use and safety rules of the equipment made available to him/her
Adopts the safety standards imposed by the hotel
