Job Description
- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
- Ensure personalised efficient luxury service is provided to all guests.
- Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests
- To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
- Perform tasks within a timely manner.
- Liaise with Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
- Ensure all misenplace is completed prior to guests arriving.
- Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high luxury service standard.
- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
- Ensure that all Checkins and Checkouts are processed smoothly accurately and with a personal sense of welcome and farewell in line with Sofitel Standards.
- Ensure all details on the registration card are transferred to the guests reservation accurately and appropriately so ensure that in future stays we are fully aware of all their needs and requests.

Qualifications :
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
