Barista

The Barista will be responsible for delivering a highquality coffee and beverage experience to our guests. This role involves crafting expertly prepared coffee drinks providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee station. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee a strong understanding of beverage preparation and a dedication to creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks teas and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure each drink is crafted with precision and care.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests including taking orders answering questions about the menu and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans syrups and other supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

• Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the coffee station and equipment are clean organized and wellmaintained. Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Training and Collaboration: Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and coffee station operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to create a memorable coffee experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Sales and Promotions: Actively promote specialty beverages seasonal offerings and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques espresso machines and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
