As our Assistant Night Manager your tasks will include:
- Providing guidance and support to the team managing hotel operations during the night.
- To oversee the development of the team and ensure that all things positive and negative will be handled in a discussion/conversational manner as laid down by the company policies.
- To ensure that all guests who visit the hotel receive a level of service and hospitality that exceeds their expectations by giving an added value experience through attention to detail and continuous customer focus.
- Undertaking night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
- Maintaining strong working relationships and communicate with all departments ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
- To assist in the day to day activities of the front desk including checkins and checkouts.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications :
- Confidence in all aspects of guest relations receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
- Two years experience in a similar role
- Eligible to work in the UK
