Job Description
Job Title: PEGE Developer (Customer Decision)
Duration: Long term
Location: Las Vegas NV (onsite Mon to Fri)
10 years of experience with Pegas Customer Decision Hub
8 years of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall Agile Scrum)
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Must be a Certified Senior System Architect LSA Certification Preferred
Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification required
Experience in a fastpaced environment
Preferred experience with legacy transformation projects with Pega CDH
Role involves technical system analysis design development and maintenance activities
Extensive knowledge of Pega FS Frameworks and Decisioning Engine applications
Responsible for the technical implementation of solutions supporting business functions
Will work with multiple teams including QA Release Management Infrastructure and Project Management
Will offer coaching and mentoring to the Pega Program team and other employees
Lead the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap
Expertise in PegaRULES engine Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Financial Frameworks
Experience in Pegas Customer Decision Hub version 8.5 and above and Next Best Action Designer implementation
Full life cycle application/Agile development
Responsible for technical design code and debugging applications in Pega and various software languages
Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic
Maintain compliance standards
Perform tuning
PRPC experience is required.
