Workload: 100%
As an Operational Risk Expert you will be responsible for supporting operational risk management processes within the division and working closely with the central T&S Operational Risk Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational risks are identified assessed and mitigated while fostering a strong risk culture in the division.
What you will do:
- Advise the division on operational risk matters and internal controls
- Coordinate and facilitate operational risk assessment processes and workshops
- Identify risk factors and monitor mitigating actions
- Report operational risk events and analyze root causes
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to strengthening the operational risk management culture
What you bring & who you are:
- Experience in risk management especially operational risk
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with risk assessment and control processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive and solutionoriented mindset
