Enterprise Risk Manager (f/m/d)

As Enterprise Risk Manager at Axpo Iberia youll provide oversight and expertise on risk management across the organization. In this key role youll develop frameworks and methodologies that support consistent effective risk management practices reporting directly to senior management.
What you will do:
- Design implement and maintain enterprisewide risk management frameworks and policies
- Continuous enhancement of the risk estimation methodology
- Ensure alignment and consistency in risk practices across Axpos divisions
- Prepare and present risk reports for senior management and the board of directors
- Lead project management and provide support for key Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives
- Develop and deliver internal training programs on risk management
- Contribute to risk metrics crucial to Axpos financial reporting
What you bring & who you are:
- Academic background in Finance Business Administration Risk Management or related fields; certifications (e.g. FRM PRM CFA) are a plus
- Indepth knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO ISO 31000) and regulatory standards
- Minimum of 5 years experience in risk management
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex topics at all levels
- Strong analytical and project management skills; experience in the energy sector is beneficial
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
