About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan equipment management documents analyze failures and propose modification measures.
- Manage spare part procurement cost control and part improvement.
- Analyze energy consumption and implement reduction measures.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new workshops and equipment.
- Propose efficiency improvements for equipment.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Degree in Mechanical Automotive or Management field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry or 3 years in a nonautomotive industry (electricalrelated fields).
- Proficiency in Siemens PLC TIA Portal software industrial robot teaching and programming.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams using EPlan experience in equipment project commissioning and knowledge of lowvoltage electrical components.
