Job Description
JobResponsibilities:
- Responsible for onsite investigation of aftersales problems of narrow chassis (brake system steering system suspension system wheel system): 1) Reproduce the fault phenomenon with the dealer or service station technicians and suppliers (arranged as needed) and analyze the cause of the fault phenomenon; 2) If the cause cannot be determined report to the relevant experts of BYD headquarters for help; 3) Confirm the cause of the fault according to the guidance of relevant experts of BYD headquarters;
- Responsible for the research of competitive vehicles in the European market (including system performance based on the whole vehicle component performance etc.);
- Regularly report the situation and progress of European aftersales problems to colleagues of BYD China;
- Assist BYD China in local bidding for European parts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above major in automobile or mechanical related familiar with automobile chassis (brake system steering system suspension system wheel system) experience in automobile chassis design and development is preferred;
- Strong ability to use CAE software;
- Strong communication skills especially technical communication;
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
