If you answered yes to the above we have the perfect role for you. As a Sales Manager you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties
- In charge of leading all sales via in reach and outreach
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone email and face to face ensuring a high standard of member experience providing precise information to prospective members
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
- Support and work with marketing strategies KPIs and initiatives throughout the club
- Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
- Be front facing for any member enquires
- Engaging in B2B sales creating corporate and membership deals
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of success in membership sales
- Excellent customer service experience
