Job Description

Account Manager (French and Italian Speaking) MidMarket Team

Our agency is supporting a leading global company in their search for a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join their MidMarket team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment helping to ensure the success and satisfaction of midmarket clients. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager based in Berlin Hamburg or Munich who speaks both French and Italian.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships driving revenue growth and optimizing client satisfaction and retention. You will play a key role in upselling crossselling and contributing to the overall sales teams success. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering strong results in the software industry preferably in creative or document products and experience in both direct and partnerdriven sales models.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and close business with target accounts by selling digital media products.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of named accounts.
  • Provide consultative sales support guiding clients through the contract and migration process.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage client relationships using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies identifying opportunities from customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to deliver optimal sales outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven success in software sales with a preference for creative or document product experience.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota of at least USD 0.5m with confidence handling renewals of USD 50k.
  • Demonstrated experience growing named accounts and working with channel partners.
  • Familiarity with sales processes methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDICC and CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French Italian and English is essential.
