Responsible for implementing and leading learning initiatives within the hotel to establish a culture of continuous learning development and improvement.
Develop and update technical training manuals and tools required by domain.
Train departmental trainers.
Ensure that departmental training schedules are established each month in advance.
Coordinate training activities with the General Manager and Department Heads.
Oversee the induction process and programs.
Ensure the completion of all training sessions.
Identify strategic partners for the development and delivery of training as needed.
Promote online learning within the hotel.
Track participants attending external courses and training.
Implement skill development mentoring and coaching programs to enhance employee competencies.
Lead talent management programs and identify highpotential employees to support their career progression within the company.
Qualifications :
Significant experience in a similar position in training management and skills development.
Proficiency in office tools and training management software.
