Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper we are seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the efficient daytoday running of this busy department whilst maintaining the highest level of cleaning standards. You will:
- Inspire your team with a guestcentric approach to your work.
- Be focused on brand standards details and cleanliness.
- Train coach and guide a team of enthusiastic industry potentials.
- Be hands on leading and supporting the team through your actions.
Qualifications :
- Must have Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Experience
- View to become Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Must be able to give feedback and direction eye for detail
- HubOS and Opera Cloud Experience desirable
- A true desire to provide impeccable guest experiences.
- Demonstrable knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping procedures.
- Clear communication skills and a calm under pressure personality.
- Effective computer skills to report and allocate workflows.
- Professional wellgroomed appearance demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends and Public Holidays.
