As Bar Supervisor you will report to the Venue Manager & Bar Manager leading mentoring and motivating a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service. Youll assist with the daytoday operations at Hyde Hacienda. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Duties
- Ensure efficient friendly and professional beverage service for all guests.
- Build rapport with VIP and regular guests to ensure their needs are met consistently.
- Implement systems to protect and manage bar service equipment record breakages and conduct regular stock takes.
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and maintain beverage costs as outlined in the budget.
- Develop and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule to uphold the highest hygiene standards in the bar area.
- Ensure all mise en place is completed before guest arrival and that team members are knowledgeable about the beverage and wine lists.
- Drive sales by promoting current offerings and ensuring guests are provided with accurate billing.
- Maintain backofhouse and cellar areas to a high standard ensuring correct stock rotation and storage methods.
- Operate within liquor licensing guidelines and adhere to the hotels House Management Policies.
- Stay current with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and ensure your team follows RSA principles.
- Assist with roster preparation ensuring costeffective staffing levels are maintained and approved by department heads.

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
