- Oversee the daytoday operations of the Front Office ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of guest movements and lobby activities.
- Act as a point of contact for guests handling inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Supervise and support Front Office Guest Service and Concierge in their daily duties providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist with room allocations reservations and amenities to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in training and development initiatives for front office promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement policies procedures and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure with high emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in property management systems and Front Office software Opera Cloud advantageous.
- Hold a valid QLD RSA (or the ability to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
