Job Description
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Managers of the hotels.
- Oversees the daytoday operation of the Sales department providing leadership motivation and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets.
- Develops business across all segments including MICE and Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site prices services offered on a regular basis quarterly or more often as needed).
Qualifications :
- Previous senior leadership experience within sales and marketing required. Cluster role experience would be an advantage.
- University/College degree in a related discipline required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work closely with the Digital Marketing and Communications teas to identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.
