Job Description
- Solicit Wholesale and leisure accounts directly and jointly with others through the preparation execution and completion of Action Plans.
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation outside sales calls site inspections and written communication.
- Assist strategically in implementing driving and managing all hotel related sales initiatives to proactively generate and maximize business and revenue.
- Provide feedback to ADOS/DOS/DOSM on changing conditions including trends in the competition as a result of direct solicitation telephone and direct mail in their market areas.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2year sales management experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting.
- Strong knowledge and solid connections in Leisure and Wholesale segments.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills at all levels socially articulate in a business sense.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Chinese language is a definite plus.
- Proactive with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong administration and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
