Job Description
- You develop and implement strategic business plans together with the General Manager to generate drive and increase revenue across all areas.
- You continuously monitor the results and adjust strategies and activities to ensure that targets are met.
- You lead and manage the Sales Team from hiring and onboarding to team development creating a proactive and highperformance environment where the team can achieve its goals.
- You work closely with the entire Ennismore team as well as the global Accor team fostering a strong connection.
- With your local market knowledge you help us stay one step ahead of the competition.
- You ensure that key information and insights are shared across departments to increase revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You manage a client portfolio take the lead in price negotiations and client management and ensure that we maximize our market share.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the Austrian market
- You are passionate about the hospitality industry and goaloriented
- You can bring structured work methods to a dynamic environment that relies on flexibility and speed in many aspects
- You are a strong team leader and know how to manage and inspire others to perform at their best
- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with great attention to detail and a solutionsoriented approach
- You are an excellent relationship builder comfortable working with other teams and leaders and driven to achieve great things together
- Youre looking for a place where you can simply be yourselfthere are no clones in suits here
- You have thick skin. We leave our egos at the door and get things done together
