Are you passionate about delivering impeccable service in a luxurious setting Sofitel London St James invites enthusiastic individuals to join our prestigious team as Conference & Banqueting Waiting Staff. Youll play a key role in ensuring memorable experiences for our guests during conferences banquets and special events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch service to guests attending conferences banquets and events.
- Set up and maintain event spaces to meet our high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Serving of meals beverages and refreshments during events.
- Manage the flow of service to maintain a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Anticipate and address guests needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- You must be entitled to work in the UK.
