Job Description
- Deploys the validated strategies and action plans to achieve the Commercial targets in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Analyses current and potential markets/trends coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume.
- Attends major travel trade related functions to promote the hotel.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition.
Qualifications :
- Previous Sales leadership is required preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Knowledge of Chinese language will be a plus.
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Analytical skills strength as a developer and a leader of others creativity and strong planning skills are essential for this position.
- Cope well under pressure.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
