the daily operations of the entire operation (or specific functions) of the Housekeeping Department to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness of all guest accommodation public areas and other facilities in line with guest expectations
Provide regular feedback to employees on performance and teamwork
Provide training for all Heartists on all aspects of the departmental operating procedures
At all times keeping updated on product knowledge of facilities and related activities
Resolving guest complaints to the guests satisfaction within your level of authority
Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation
Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Heartiest Handbook
Carrying out any other duties as directed by your Manager or Supervisors
Qualifications :
Diploma or equivalent qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of similar experience
Past experience working in the Middle East
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
Ability to work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team
