Food & Beverage Coordinator
Fairmont Chateau Whistlers Food & Beverage Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the department and a variety of Food and Beverage managers across multiple outlets.
Salary Range: $54000 $56000
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain organizational systems and structure for the F&B Administrative office
- Provide administrative support to Director F&B
- Liaison between F&B operations and PR/Marketing
- Work alongside Outlet Managers to ensure payroll is up to date and reporting lines are correct
- Communicate with colleagues regarding administrative information in the F&B department
Qualifications :
- Administrative/coordinator experience is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Food and Beverage operational experience
- Exceptional computer skills
- Service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
