You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday operations of the Reservations team. You will set high standards for our guest experience ensuring a memorable experience each and every time and you will be a creative problem solver. You will be a natural leader who thrives on training and developing our small but dedicated Reservations team.
In this role you will also be expected to identify and create opportunities for increased revenue and will be motivated to achieve key financial targets. You will be responsible for ensuring all reservations in the PMS system are up to date and accurate and will work closely with the Front Office team to ensure details related to new and repeat guests is communicated prior to arrivals.
Qualifications :
As our Reservations Manager you will have a keen eye for detail enjoy creating and maintaining agreed standards and processes good time management skills and will be a confident communicator both verbally and written. You will thrive in a fastpaced working environment and will be able to effectively manage complex and competing priorities. To be successful in this role you will have unlimited work rights in Australia.
You have a passion for exceptional guest experiences and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. You are a natural leader and enjoy developing junior team members and take pride in being involved in the operations when required. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Supervisor and are now seeking your next career step. Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud is also preferred as you look to advance further.
