- Du sorgst dafr dass sich unsere Gste willkommen fhlen und gehtst individuell auf Gstewnsche ein um besonderes Erlebnisse zu schaffen
- Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout sorgst du fr einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine korrekte Rechungslegung
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle fr unsere Gste kmmerst dich um Telefonate und gibst Empfehlungen zu den besten Restaurants und Events in Wien
Qualifications :
- Ob Quereinsteiger oder erfahrener Gastgeber du hast eine Leidenschaft fr die Hotellerie und hast Freude daran unseren Gsten jede Frage zu beantworten
- Du kennst dich in Wien aus und hast Szenetipps in der Hinterhand
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MSOffice idealerweise hast du mit dem PMS System Opera schon gearbeitet
- Du verfgst idealerweise ber gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse
