Job Description
With more than 250 thousand visitors over six weeks recognition from People Magazine CNN and many other media outlets Christmas at the Princess is the place to be in Scottsdale for the holiday season! Take your talents to the Princess and show off your hospitality ability. Love your colleagues Want to stay longer You are in luck 90% of Christmas at the Princess colleagues transition into permanent positions within the property.
- This position is seasonal with a range of employment from November 2024 thru January 2025. Requiring availability on holidays evenings and weekends that time frame.
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while upselling merchandise
- Ensure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished
- All cashiering duties
- Ensure the shop is clean at all times
- Follow department policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
- Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
