As a Talent & Culture Generalist you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of Talent & Culture (T&C) functions related to talent acquisition employee engagement and culture initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with T&C leadership managers and employees to ensure the smooth execution of T&C programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and logistics for interviews assessments and onboarding activities.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork orientation sessions and introductions to company policies and culture.
- Coordinate exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures including exit paperwork and exit interviews.
Employee Relations Assistance:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with T&Crelated matters including benefits policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts by providing guidance and escalating issues to T&C leadership as necessary.
Training and Development Support:
- Coordinate training sessions workshops and other development programs for employees.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development activities including participation and completion records.
Culture and Engagement Initiatives:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities events and recognition programs.
- Assist in the implementation of initiatives to promote and reinforce the companys values and culture.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR support role or administrative position is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
