Job Description
Starting date: as of January 1st 2025 (or by agreement); Location: Switzerland / Zurich; Workload: 6080%; homeoffice possible; Yearly compensation: CHF 50000 (at 100% workload)

We are seeking an experienced & impactoriented Sales/Fundraising and Marketing Support for the Swiss Chapter of Aiducation International (6080%). In this supporting role you will be working closely with the Country Director Switzerland and with the wider entrepreneurial impactdriven and rapidly advancing team in Zurich. Tasks
Sales/Fundraising:
- Assist in refining product pitches and grant agreements for fundraising initiatives
- Support sales pipeline management tracking engagement followup activities and renewal to ensure consistent communication and relationshipbuilding with existing B2B partners
- Ongoing development process of marketing/sales material and various administrative tasks
- Attend networking events
Marketing:
- Creative copywriting: taking on the Aiducation voice in all communications efforts
- Strategic storytelling coordination of social media and newsletter content planning
and execution across LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram - Create promotional materials such as flyers and banners adhering to corporate branding
- Support the event team for the organization of two major annual events
Possibility of Program Management:
- Act as the main contact person for the eMentoring Program ensuring smooth operations updating our partners and maintaining talent engagement

Language Skills: German: C1 expert; English: C2 native speaker preferred

- Flair for storytelling/ inclusive and inspiring copywriting
- Affinity for digital tools graphic design skills (e.g. Canva) are a strong advantage
- Willingness to shape the role further & support the future organizational development
- Experience in the notforprofit and/or education sector
- Experience in a global and distributed team
