Job Description
Job Title: Senior Consultant IT/Business
Duration: 2 Months contract
Location: New York NY 10017 (Onsite)
Role Summary:
Understanding of IT systems (highlevel)
Ability to understand IT strategy Business analysis
Ability to run executive interviews
Ability to prepare documents
Responsibilities:
Must have demonstrated experience and ability to perform the following:
1. Strategic Assessment
o Review Lakeside Foods IT Strategy Program of Work business strategy and operating model
o Help analyze existing IT and OT capabilities
o Help identify gaps between current capabilities and strategic objectives
2. Discovery and Analysis
o Review data application and infrastructure architectures
3. Initiative Identification and Prioritization
o Help develop Results Chain linking investments to business outcomes
o Help identify and assess initiatives addressing Lakeside Foods needs including the ServiceNow
o Help prioritize initiatives based on business value investment risks and capabilities
4. Roadmap Development
o Help create a prioritized 35 year roadmap of initiatives
o Help develop a highlevel Benefits Realization Plan
5. Risk and Change Management
o Help identify highlevel risks and key Organizational Change Management considerations
6. Deliverables and Presentation:
Help produce these final deliverables: IT Strategic Roadmap prioritized initiative list Benefits Realization Plan and Investment Plan
