Job Description

Pay Rate: $ 26.00 / hour

We have partnered with a large Wireless Services Company in Mobile AL to provide them with a Administrative Support Coordinator. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Administrative Support Coordinator:

#1. Requires 3 years minimum related experience preferably in an administrative capacity with progressive responsibility.

#2. Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute.

#3. Requires strong computer skills. Including creation of various reports & complex spreadsheets. Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel & Word.

#4. Prepare spreadsheets reports & other documentation.

#5. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to lift & carry packages on a as they arrive that may weigh up to 15 lbs. Candidates must also stand & walk occasionally during the day while carrying the packages to other locations in the office.

Requirements of the Administrative Support Coordinator:

  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge typically gained from completing a high school diploma with additional coursework or an associate degree being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably in roles requiring increased responsibility especially in administrative support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Professional and clear communication is a must.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute is required.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills including the ability to generate detailed reports and manage complex spreadsheets. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial to handle a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are key to success in this role.
  • A high level of attention to detail organization and problemsolving ability is necessary.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be selfdriven and able to work independently.

Other Key Requirements:

  • Onsite role
  • The hours are Monday thru Friday 7 am 4 pm. (onehour break)
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
