Property Management
Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently managed.
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Lease Administration
Lease Agreements: Prepare, review, and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Rent Collection: Manage rent collection processes, including invoicing and handling delinquent accounts.
Maintenance Oversight

Regulatory Compliance
Legal Compliance: Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including housing laws and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
3-5 years in property loss adjusting or related field.
Strong background in property insurance claims.
Experience with complex or large-loss property claims.
Role involves office work and fieldwork.
Property Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management principles, lease agreements, and tenant laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Experience
experience in property management, real estate, or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
