Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Start Date: October 23 2024

Language Requirement: French

Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 2 shifts

  • 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Days Off: Weekends

Type of Contract: CDD (Contrat Dure Dtermine) 6 months

Work Model: Remote (Coimbra to Algarve)

Base Gross Salary: 895 EUR per 14 months

Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR per 12 months

About the Company:

Join our team at Cloud Company B2B located in Lisbon specializing in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in French. We offer a dynamic work environment with remote opportunities across Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to clients in French via phone email and chat.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize customer service processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customeroriented approach.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings and occasional bank holidays.
  • Remote work experience or flexibility to work remotely across Coimbra to Algarve regions.

Additional Information:

  • This position offers a competitive salary with a performance bonus and opportunities for professional development.
  • The contract duration is 6 months under a CDD agreement.
