Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German Native Remote)

Location: Porto (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized support and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.
  • Follow established protocols for handling various customer scenarios escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Fluent in English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday including bank holidays.
  • Strong problemsolving skills empathy and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
