Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German Native Remote)
Location: Porto (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized support and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.
- Follow established protocols for handling various customer scenarios escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Fluent in English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday including bank holidays.
- Strong problemsolving skills empathy and a customerfocused mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
