Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager Mobile Web3 & GenAI Solutions

Location: Silicon Valley (Remote Option Available)

strategic Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth in

Silicon Valley.

Position Overview:

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing

new business opportunities cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving

revenue growth across our mobile web Web3 and GenAI service offerings. This role is ideal for

a senior professional with both functional and technical expertise who can effectively navigate

conversations with Csuite executives and technical teams alike.

We are looking for someone who can blend strategic insight with a deep understanding of the

evolving technology landscape particularly within Web3 and Generative AI. The successful

candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering business

development in the highly competitive tech ecosystem of Silicon Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Business Development Efforts: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to

expand our client base in mobile development web services Web3 and Generative AI sectors.

Drive Sales Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects leading negotiations and

closing highvalue deals with clients ranging from startups to enterpriselevel organizations.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key

decisionmakers including CTOs CIOs and business leaders to ensure longterm partnerships

and sustained growth.

Market & Industry Insight: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological

advancements particularly in Web3 and AI to position the company as a trusted leader in these

emerging fields.

Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with our inhouse engineers and product teams

to craft compelling customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network within Silicon Valley s tech ecosystem to

generate new business opportunities and maintain a presence at relevant industry events and

forums.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector with a

focus on mobile web or cuttingedge tech solutions (Web3 and GenAI experience is highly

desirable).

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic client

acquisition and relationship management.

Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams

and translate those into business solutions for executives.

A wellestablished network within the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem including relationships with

key industry leaders VCs and founders.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence highlevel

decisionmakers and present complex solutions in a clear compelling manner.

A strategic thinker who can align business development initiatives with the company s

longterm vision and goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling Web3 or Generative AI services.

Familiarity with Silicon Valley s tech ecosystem including startup culture venture capital and

emerging technologies.

A track record of scaling business development efforts in a fastpaced highgrowth

environment.
