Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience At least 5 years experience as an Asset Manager Required 5 Years Minimum of 24 years experience with BMC Remedy (version 20.02) or equivalent ITSM tool Required 2 Years ITIL Foundation Certification Required 0 Strong working knowledge of the CMDB and Asset Management methodology tools terminology and industry best practices Required 0 Excellent communication skills listening verbal and written including meeting management and facilitation. Required 0 Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities successfully delivering with high quality. Required 0 Excellent customer service skills servicing and interfacing with individuals across IT (customers) in different roles Required 0 Proficient using all Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook and Teams) Required 0
