This is a remote position.
Position Title: CNC ProgrammerWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 70000.00 Php 90000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CNC PROGRAMMER
Responsibilities as a CNC Programmer:
Program CNC machines with 5Axis capabilities to produce highprecision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Create modify and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar).
Develop and interpret detailed 2D and 3D models for complex machining projects.
Collaborate with engineering design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues.
Select the proper tools speeds and feeds for various materials ensuring efficiency and accuracy in machining.
Maintain and update all documentation including setup sheets and operational procedures.
Monitor production processes and adjust programs to resolve any defects or inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with quality standards industry best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications as a CNC Programmer:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on 5Axis programming.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar).
Strong knowledge of machining principles cutting tools and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and 3D CAD models.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices for CNC machining
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
