Key Responsibilities:
Prepare posting instructions and post data to various CRMs lead management systems and dialers such as Salesforce and Lead Conduit and Five9.
Map data fields accurately between systems to ensure seamless data transfer and consistency.
Develop test and implement custom scripts and programs to automate data posting and integration processes.
Use of Formstack to prepare logical dynamic questionnaires for screening calls.
Prepare custom reports in CRMs..
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Maintain documentation of integration processes mappings and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest CRM and lead management technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in CRM integration and data mapping.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Experience with API integration and webhooks.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Programming skills in languages such as JavaScript Python or similar.
Experience with other lead management systems and tools.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Work Schedule: Night Shift
