Must be willing to cover nights also.

Patient Demographics: Adult 80% Ped 19% Neonatal 1%

Patient Volume: 16

Admissions Required: Yes; 25%

Discharges: 75%

Physicians in Practice: 19 BC EMs

Support Staff: 6 RNs 3 Office Staff

Office Equipment: Standard ED equipment

24hr Support Services:

Anesthesia Cath Lab General Surgery Lab NeuroSurgery OR Response Time Orthopedic Surgery and Radiology.

No. of Beds: 16 Acute 4 Hall 6 FT

L&D Dept Available: Yes

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Admitting physician writes the admission orders.

ED staff respond to House Codes secondary to emergencies in the ED.

MUST be willing to do night shifts as that is the majority of the need right now; Wont consider a day shift only provider.

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
