Job Description
Job Title: Laminator Operator
Experience:23 years
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Laminator Operator at LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. . The Laminator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machines to bond solar panel components ensuring quality control and meeting production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating laminating machines and handling solar panel components
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field
1. Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years experience in Solar / Power Backup Industry 2. Preference will be given to Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab and Havells employee 3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi 4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years 5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
