Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Production Manager (PV module) at LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. in Faridabad/Palwal. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday manufacturing operations of PV modules ensuring quality control managing production schedules and optimizing production processes. He should have hand on experience of operating all Solar Modules manufacturing machineries including Production & Testing.
Qualifications
- Experience in PV module production quality control and manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of solar panel assembly and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Diploma or related field
- Relevant certifications in solar energy or manufacturing
1. Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years experience in Solar / Power Backup Industry 2. Preference will be given to Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab and Havells employee 3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi 4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years 5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
