Job Description

Responsible for supporting the planning execution and completion of projects by coordinating tasks resources and timelines. assisting project managers by ensuring that all project activities are well organized and run smoothly ensuring clear communication among team members tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation. Ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget while meeting quality standards.

Assisting in developing project plans timelines and budgets.

Coordinating project activities and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.

Facilitating communication between project stakeholders including team members clients and management.

Resolving conflicts and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.

Preparing and distribute project reports and updates

Allocating resources (e.g. personnel equipment budget) effectively to support project goals.

Monitoring resource utilization and addressing any shortages or overages.

Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

Conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

Managing changes to project scope schedule or budget as needed.

Assessing the impact of changes and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Identifying and assessing potential risks to the project.

Developing and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • BSc Civil/Arch. Engineering.
  • 35 years of Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery
  • Planning Organizing Detail orientation
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office


Bachelor s degree in engineering preferably in Civil or Architecture 2 4 years of experience in the Property Delivery department. Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. Presentation skills Precise, organized, and self-motivated
