Job Overview:
As a Data Quality Manager you ll ensure product quality and functionality through comprehensive testing strategies. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams identify areas for improvement and develop automated testing frameworks to uphold high standards and drive consistent topnotch performance across all products.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (May require earlier mornings to overlap with Indiabased engineers)
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
QA Engineer:
- Test Plan & Execution: Design and execute manual test cases for various scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager/Product Owner on product testing client demos UAT and preproduction testing.
- Bug Reporting: Identify document and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Requirement Analysis: Demonstrate a strong understanding of and test product requirements.
- Usability Testing: Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure a positive user experience.
- Compliance: Validate that designs meet usability and functional standards.
Automation QA Engineer:
- Automation Framework: Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Cypress.
- Test Automation: Automate regression tests to enhance efficiency.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work with developers to optimize automation and enhance integration.
- Script Maintenance: Update scripts to align with changes in the application.
- Performance Testing: Conduct and automate performance testing for system evaluation.
Requirements

QA Engineer:
- Expertise in manual testing regression testing and mobile app testing.
- Basic understanding of performance testing and bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Automation QA Engineer:
- Experience in test automation (preferably using Cypress) mobile app test automation and CI/CD integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
Tech Stack:
- Prior experience working on eCommerce sites marketing websites and web/mobile apps is preferred.
