Job Description

As a Scrum Master you will:
  • Be responsible for the performance of two agile teams serving as a catalyst team builder and coach to enhance their output.
  • Guide teams in selforganization and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Assist Product Owners in managing the backlog and stakeholder interactions ensuring smooth and efficient progress.
  • Help prevent and resolve impediments while coming up with creative solutions to ensure continuous delivery of customer value.
  • Work alongside fellow Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE) to create a safe feedbackfriendly environment encouraging team members to address challenges and celebrate successes.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • At least 5 years of overall IT experience with 3 years of coaching experience in roles such as Team Leader Manager or Coach applying agile principles.
  • Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) Agile Coach or Lean certification.
  • Handson experience with the Program Increment (PI) process in a fastpaced environment preferably in a SAFe framework.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process and the challenges involved in delivering software products.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Flexibly support teams based on their needs improving their workflows while ensuring continuous agile progress.
  • Create a feedbackdriven environment where team members feel comfortable addressing issues providing feedback and acknowledging accomplishments.
  • Promote an atmosphere of psychological safety that fosters collaboration innovation and productive outcomes.
