Job Description



Role:
  • The candidate will work closely with clients as well as our engineering team members and managers to plan execute and manage the entire network vendor support project to ensure smooth project execution

Job Description:
  • Participate in weekly monthly and quarterly online meetings with clients and provide overall summary presentations
  • Participate in QA activities and develop plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Make calls to customers based on survey results
  • Conducting interviews for new candidates for projects
  • Project Planning and Process Improvement
  • Attend and deliver presentations on weekly and monthly internal conference calls
  • Prepare revenue forecasts cost plans and expense approvals
  • Work very closely with other team managers
  • Work closely with team members and understand their expectations
  • If a new mission emerges discuss it with each APAC stakeholder


Requirements

Required:
  • 5 years of managerial or engagement manager experience in the network technology industry
  • Project management experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Network engineering related knowledge and experience: Required
  • Experience in project running reviewing and analyzing process improvement proposals
  • Japanese: Native level English: Business level
